What you'll be doing
- Coordinate with 3PLs to ensure deliveries are on time and in full
- Problem solve any logistical issues to provide alternative solutions to the deliver of our products
- Handle inbound customer enquiries to and questions to ensure the high standard of our service is upheld
- Track and handle stock of products to ensure deliveries can be fulfilled
- Working with the UK HQ internal team to ensure client expectations are exceeded
What you'll bring
- Experience in coordinating with logistics suppliers and planning routes
- Route planning CRM experience
- Experience dealing with clients and suppliers over the phone
- Clear communication skills to coordinate both internally and externally
- A degree in a logistics, supply chain or similar field will be advantageous
- An ambitious and driven mindset with the desire to develop
