What you'll be doing

 

  • Coordinate with 3PLs to ensure deliveries are on time and in full
  • Problem solve any logistical issues to provide alternative solutions to the deliver of our products
  • Handle inbound customer enquiries to and questions to ensure the high standard of our service is upheld
  • Track and handle stock of products to ensure deliveries can be fulfilled 
  • Working with the UK HQ internal team to ensure client expectations are exceeded

 

What you'll bring

 

  • Experience in coordinating with logistics suppliers and planning routes
  • Route planning CRM experience
  • Experience dealing with clients and suppliers over the phone
  • Clear communication skills to coordinate both internally and externally
  • A degree in a logistics, supply chain or similar field will be advantageous 
  • An ambitious and driven mindset with the desire to develop
