What You’ll Do
• Lead and supervise mechanical maintenance teams to ensure flawless execution of maintenance programs.
• Develop and review maintenance procedures aligned with nuclear safety and regulatory standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical system issues promptly to maintain operational readiness.
• Coordinate with contractors, quality assurance, and regulatory bodies such as FANR, WANO, INPO, and IAEA.
• Support outage planning, emergency response, and continuous improvement activities.
• Foster a safety-first culture, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and security policies.
• Utilize your expertise in project management tools like MS Project or Primavera to optimize schedules and resources.
What We’re Looking For
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in nuclear or power plant mechanical maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of nuclear safety standards, maintenance operations, and plant systems.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure during breakdowns and shutdowns.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Familiarity with international standards and regulatory compliance.
• Willingness to undergo safety certifications and permit holder tests.
