What you will do:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase our market share in midstream oil and gas within your assigned region
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key accounts and industry partners
- Implement robust sales strategies to drive business growth and improve overall sales performance
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in midstream technology and market dynamics
- Analyze market data to identify growth opportunities and optimize sales performance
- Work closely with other departments, such as technical teams, to provide comprehensive solutions to clients
What you will have:
- A strong technical background that allows you to engage effectively with clients and engineers, establishing credibility and trust in discussions about complex midstream operations
- Extensive knowledge of pipeline, storage, and processing solutions
- Technical knowledge crucial for leading and mentoring the sales team, ensuring they have the necessary expertise to succeed in selling complex midstream services
- Strong business acumen with the ability to develop assigned sales territories
- A deep understanding of midstream technology helps in staying abreast of industry trends and identifying new growth opportunities
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with industry standards and codes (such as API, ASME, and DOT regulations) is important for ensuring compliance and quality in sales proposals and contracts.
Desired qualifications:
- A master's / bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
- Fundamentals of Engineering (FE License)
- Professional Engineering (PE License)
