Key Responsibilities
- Lead project delivery from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring contracts are delivered safely, on time and to budget.
- Coordinate design development, planning, procurement and client communications.
- Manage subcontractors, supply chain partners and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain programme schedules, progress reporting, risk registers and quality assurance.
- Ensure rigorous commercial control and proactive risk mitigation.
- Foster strong client relationships through clear communication and delivery excellence.
About You
- Proven experience managing façade, building envelope or complex construction packages.
- Strong technical understanding of façade systems, specifications and construction sequencing.
- Confident communicator with excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercially minded, with the ability to manage budgets, change and contract variations.
- Proficient with project planning software (e.g., MS Project / Powerproject).
