Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Inspect and verify the quality of materials, structures, and components for pressure vessels, tanks, and related products throughout the manufacturing process.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards such as ASME, API, and other relevant regulations.
- Conduct independent quality inspections of materials, parts, and final products.
- Assist in implementing QA/QC programs to maintain and improve production quality.
- Document all inspections, findings, and results accurately in QC reports and logs.
- Collaborate with foremen, supervisors, and administrative staff to support safety and quality initiatives.
- Participate in team meetings to provide insights and feedback on process improvements.
What We’re Looking For:
- Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certification required.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and maintain a strong focus on quality and safety.
- Basic knowledge of welding defects and the ability to identify areas for improvement.
- A willingness to learn and contribute to continuous quality improvements.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed.
