The Opportunity
An established and highly respected manufacturer of engineered products for the water infrastructure sector is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead commercial growth in the North. This is a field-based role focused on managing strategic utility frameworks, contractors, and distribution networks across a high-potential region.
You’ll be responsible for delivering sales targets, driving customer engagement, and introducing product innovations that enhance performance and sustainability across public and private sector clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver revenue and margin targets across your designated region
- Build and develop strong relationships with utilities, contractors, and partners
- Influence product specification and secure agreements through technical consultation
- Lead account reviews, pipeline development, and territory planning
- Represent the business at key meetings, presentations, and industry events
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure best-in-class service delivery
- Maintain accurate reporting and CRM updates across all account activity
