Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Sales and Tendering Engineer to support external sales teams with technical proposals that drive profitable business. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the UK Electrical Utilities Market, including sectors such as DNO, IDNO, ICP, EV, Renewables, and rail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via email and phone.
- Collaborate with sales teams to prepare tenders, manage contracts, and drive sales generation.
- Communicate customer requirements internally and manage order handovers.
- Travel to various locations as needed to support external sales activities.
- Deliver exceptional customer service with enthusiasm and professionalism.

Qualifications:
- GCSE in Maths, English, and a Science or ICT subject.

Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in quoting capital equipment and interpreting technical specifications.
