Job Title: Sales Manager (Contract Manufacturing)
- Salary: £60,000 DOE + Uncapped commission OTE £100,000

Job Summary:
The is an exciting new role working within one of the UKs fastest growing supplements market.
The Sales manager role is responsible for driving sales strategy and ensuring revenue growth through new business development and client retention. The role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and implement effective sales plans while fostering strong client relationships. This role is primarily working within the CBD, Nicotine and supplement space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: This role is spearheading a new subsidiary of a wholesale business within the CBD, nicotine and supplement market. This will require an individual with a comprehensive sales strategy and route to market
- Self Management: Autonomy is a critical aspect of this role, being able to self-manage and self-motivate will be an everyday occurrence in this role
- Building and Managing Customer relationships: Build and maintain long lasting relationships with customers and understand their requirements. As there are products that are bespoke it is critical that all customers are treated with diligence to fully understand their requirements
- Educating Customers on new product lines: With this role being within the CBD, Nicotine and supplement space it is important that all clients and prospects are kept up to date on the latest product lines. This need is derived from all of the above industries heavily investing in new products and offerings.
- Market Analysis: With this fast paced and ever changing market, keeping up with market trends is important. Being fast to react and identify consumer trends will aid in facilitating revenue growth
- Reporting: This role reports directly into the Managing Director and maintaining the CRM for reporting purposes being diligent and accurate is key. The Managing Director is looking for his number two, and someone they can fully rely on.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic planning skills, in this role you will be responsible for setting out and developing the sales strategy for the new subsidiary
- Negotiation: Negotiation with clients will be an everyday occurrence. Being able to negotiate effectively whilst ensuring quality for the customer and margin for the business is a crucial part of this role. You will negotiate independently
- Communication: Due to a diverse customer base excellent communication skills are imperative. There will be a need to deal with customers who are dealing with small deal sizes up to circa £100k, both types of spends are important but require slightly different approaches
- Analytical: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions. It is important with this role to observe market trends and make proactive decisions based on them.
- Customer Focus: Deep commitment to customer satisfaction and experience in fostering long-term client relationships.
