Service Technician
Location: Houston
Type: Full-time | Permanent
Salary: Circa $90,000 + PTO 20 days + 401k plan
Are you an experienced electrical technician who enjoys hands-on work and international travel? We are looking for a Field Service Technician to join a leading industrial manufacturing company, supporting the installation and maintenance of advanced machinery.
Your Responsibilities:
- Installation, commissioning, and maintenance of complex electrical systems at customer sites and remotely
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Providing customer training and technical support
- Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
- Collaborating with internal teams to improve service processes
Your Skillset
- Background in the field of Electrical Engineering – e.g. as an electronics technician/electrician
- Knowledge of PLC Programming
- Very beneficial to have some understanding of Profibus or similar
- Additional qualifications (like technician or master electrician) are a plus, but not essential
