Job Advertisement: Temporary Administrative Support - LSC & Supply Chain
Position Type: Temporary (12 months)

Working Hours: 35 hours per week
About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our LSC (Logistics & Supply Chain) and Supply Chain operations through general administrative work. This temporary position is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. General Admin Functions:
- Maintain and update spreadsheets and databases.
- Scan and file documents, ensuring proper organisation for auditing and traceability.
- Maintain accurate records to support operational and compliance needs.
2. Commercial/Procurement Functions:
- Send and receive Requests for Quotations (RFQs) to/from vendors.
- Raise Purchase Order Authorisation Requests.
- Resolve vendor queries and process invoices promptly.
3. SAP-Related Duties:
- Create Purchase Orders (POs).
- Generate Sales and Transfer Orders.
- Create Delivery Notes and perform MIGO transactions.
- Check stock availability and provide timely updates.
4. Other Duties:
- Maintain high standards of integrity and honesty.
- Manage time effectively and ensure tasks are completed with accuracy.
- Assist with inventory management and data entry.
Person Specification:
- Education: Experience in Commercial/Procurement or a related field is required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in SAP is essential.
- Fluent in English, both written and oral.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work in a flexible, fast-paced environment with good organizational and time-management skills.
- High level of accuracy and numeracy is required.
