About the Role:
Join a global leader in tooling solutions with decades of expertise in customizing tools to meet the challenges of sheet metal fabrication. Represent this well-established company in the Frankfurt Rhine-Main region, driving revenue growth and building lasting customer relationships.
This is a consultative field-based sales role working closely with the German sales team.
- Account Management: Manage a portfolio of 300+ accounts, including active and dormantcustomers, with a focus on increasing revenue.
- New Business Development: Identify opportunities for selling tooling packages tied to Punch Pressand Press Brake machines.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain and update the CRM system to ensure seamless communication.
- Problem-Solving: Provide tailored solutions to customers' tooling and sheet metal challenges.
- Market Insight: Stay informed about competitors and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues in Germany, Europe, and the USA.
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate will be a driven sales professional with a background in technical or mechanical engineering.
- Sales Experience: At least 3 years in B2B sales roles.
- Technical Knowledge: Mechanical engineering qualifications or hands-on experience preferred.
- Proven Hunter: A growth-oriented, driven individual eager to expand their territory and customer base.
- Languages: Fluency in both German and English is essential.
- Cultural Fit: Understanding of the German business culture and work environment is key.
