A well-established and renowned international tooling solutions provider has partnered with us to identify a talented Technical Sales Engineer for a key territory covering the M4 Corridor.
This is an excellent opportunity for driven engineering professionals who want to thrive in client-facing, field-based environment and are looking to make a genuine impact across a diverse industrial client base.
About the Role
- Act as a technical advisor and trusted partner to sheet metal companies throughout the M4 Corridor, focusing on the sales and support of Punch Press and Press Brake tooling solutions.
- Meet with around 10-20 clients per week, fostering strong relationships and uncovering fresh opportunities for tooling package sales when customers invest in new machinery.
- Actively engage in networking to keep abreast of upcoming capital equipment projects, while maintaining an organised and up-to-date CRM record of all customer interactions.
- Operate with autonomy across the region, offering both solutions and hands-on support to maximise customer satisfaction and territory growth.
Candidate Profile
- Background in technical sales or an engineering discipline, ideally with exposure to industrial or sheet metal environments. This can include press brake, bending, machine tooling, CNC, Milling, Turning, etc.
- Dynamic communicator, comfortable interacting with stakeholders at all levels and driven by a passion for providing tailored solutions.
- Confident working independently in a field-based role, with strong IT skills (Microsoft Office as a minimum) and the motivation to excel across the M4 Corridor.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively in the region.
