Are you a dynamic sales leader with expertise in Engineering Air Compressors? We seek a VP OF Sales/Sales Director to drive our industrial sales strategy and propel our business to heights. What you will do: 

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase the existing market share.
  • Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals across various territories.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key accounts and industry partners.
  • Implement robust sales strategies to drive business growth and improve overall sales performance.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends in Compressor technology and market dynamics.
  • Analyze market data to identify growth opportunities and optimize sales performance.
  • Working closely with other departments, such as technical teams, to provide comprehensive solutions to clients.

 

What you will have: 

  • A strong technical background allows the Sales Director to engage effectively with clients and engineers, establishing credibility and trust in discussions about complex Compressor Solutions.
  • Extensive knowledge of Air Compressor products and applications.
  • Technical knowledge is crucial for leading and mentoring the sales team, ensuring they have the necessary expertise to succeed in selling complex equipment.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to develop assigned sales territories
  • A deep understanding of Compressor technology that helps stay abreast of industry trends and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and codes.

 

Desired qualifications: 

  • A master’s / bachelor’s degree in engineering.
  • Fundamentals of Engineering (FE License).
  • Professional Engineering (PE License).
  • Accredited Certificates with OEMs
