Job Title: Workshop Technician

Location: Loughborough

Salary: Up to £37,000 + OT + Bonus

  • Good OT Rates Available 
  • Pension: you do 1%, company do 8%.  
  • 37 Hour Week (Mon-Thurs 7:30AM-3:30PM, Friday 7:30AM-3PM)
  • 25 Days Holiday + BH.

Position Overview:

As a workshop Technician, you will be responsible for the meticulous service and maintenance of a wide variety of pumps. Your role will involve planned maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, installing, and providing training to our customers. We are looking for a professional, competent, and socially adept individual who can work both independently and collaboratively with in our team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct service and maintenance of the company's products, with a specialisation in pumps and valves
  • Execute planned maintenance in a timely manner.
  • Provide workshop-based installation, repair and validation services.
  • Perform troubleshooting, service, and repair activities, addressing technical issues promptly and effectively.
  • Deliver workshop training sessions to customers on product usage, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

 Qualifications:

  • Apprentice trained or time served 3+ years within the pump/valves/seals industry
  • Strong knowledge of pumps and valves is essential.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
