Salary: £35-£37K Basic + OT + Bonus + Benefits

- 37 Hour Week (Mon-Thurs 7:30AM-3:30PM, Friday 7:30AM-3PM)

Position Overview:
As a workshop Technician, you will be responsible for the meticulous service and maintenance of a wide variety of pumps. Your role will involve planned maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, installing, and providing training to our customers. We are looking for a passionate, professional, competent, and socially adept individual who can work both independently and collaboratively within collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct service and maintenance of the company's products, with a specialization in pumps and valves
- Execute planned maintenance in a timely manner.
- Provide workshop-based installation, repair and validation services.
- Perform troubleshooting, service, and repair activities, addressing technical issues promptly and effectively.
- Deliver workshop training sessions to customers on product usage, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Qualifications:
- Apprentice trained or time served 3+ years within the pump/valves/seals industry
- Strong knowledge of pumps and valves is essential.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
