Site Specific Information:

· Industry – Student Accommodation

· Pay Rate - Â£10 per hour

· Rotation – The shifts are Monday to Sunday nights 1900 to 0800 hrs and Saturday 1000 to 1600 hrs. and Sunday days, 0800 to 1900 hrs. 

· Numbers required – 1

Essential for the role:

· SIA Licence

· Student Accommodation Experience

· First Aid Certification

· Customer Service Experience

MAIN DUTIES:

Main Duties include: Controlling Access & Egress, mobile patrols, booking staff and visitors in, patrolling the perimeter, coordinating safe movement of staff and visitors whilst they are on site and incident management.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Purpose of the role: To provide an efficient and professional security service to Consortio Security’s clients as specified, demonstrating the highest levels of customer service.

DUTIES:

· Ensure clients’ staff, property and other assets are secure

· Answer all enquiries courteously and professionally

· Accurately operate designated alarm systems

· Monitor CCTV footage for protection of property and assets

· Complete the daily log, noting all appropriate activity

· Produce accurate reports as and when needed

· Conduct sufficient internal and external patrols to ensure security of all zones

· Ensure all procedures, site / assignment instructions and protocols are followed at all times; being particularly diligent when in an emergency situation

· Maintain tidy and clean work areas

· Dealing with post and parcels

· Ensuring personal boundaries are adhered to at all times

· The above duties are subject to additional duties as per the site’s Assignment Instructions; however in the event that there is a conflict of duties, the AIs’ will prevail
