Work From Home - Customer Support Specialist at Midtown Dental, LLC

Midtown Dental LLC is searching for a Customer Service Specialist to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound telephone calls and will work closely with both internal and external customers. Our ultimate goal is to ensure every interaction with our current and future customers is a high-quality customer service experience through friendly communication, accurate and timely information and meaningful connections. We know that our customers have a lot of choice in the market and can go anywhere; we want to ensure that they want to come here.

Responsibilities:
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Keeping records of calls completed and successful appointments set.
• Entering information on company forms and computer systems.
• Other administrative duties as required by the business

Qualifications and Skills
• High School diploma, GED, or relevant work experience required
• 1 year of experience troubleshooting basic billing information and membership issues required
• Previous telecommunications and/or call center experience preferred
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel preferred
• Strong experience in mathematics preferred
• Intermediate computer skills and ability to navigate systems and databases
• The ideal candidate is energetic, a self-starter, and a salesperson
• Passion for customer service, enjoys working in fast-paced environment, and is motivated by opportunity for growth
• Experience with continuous improvement/process improvements
• Detail oriented
• Team player who can collaborate with others in group setting
