As a Data Analyst at Mighty Bear Games, You will play a critical role in analyzing and interpreting data to help shape our gaming platform- GOAT Gaming, enhance player experiences, and drive business outcomes. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with game designers, developers, and product managers in a collaborative environment.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Analyse gameplay data to identify trends, player behaviour, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with game designers and developers to propose data-driven solutions for gameplay optimisation.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track KPIs such as player engagement, retention, and monetisation.
- Design and implement A/B tests to evaluate the impact of new features or changes.
- Extract insights from data to influence decision-making across the studio.
- Work with large datasets, cleaning and preprocessing data for analysis.
- Ensure data integrity and quality by conducting regular audits and validations.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and actionable format.
As a Successful Candidate, You Would Have:
- Proficiency in SQL for querying databases.
- Experience with data visualisation tools like Tableau, Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar.
- Familiarity with statistical methods and tools.
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in the gaming industry or a related field.
- Knowledge of game analytics and player lifecycle metrics is a plus.
As a Bonus, You Would Have:
- Strong programming skills in Python or R for data analysis.
- Experience with real-time analytics platforms.
- Knowledge of machine learning techniques and applications.
- Passion for gaming and familiarity with industry trends.
