We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sr. HR Manager that is passionate about building, developing, and executing talent management strategies, and providing full employee lifecycle support including onboarding, mentoring, talent development, org assessment, employee retention and engagement. Your work will support and encourage Mighty Bear Games’ growth and success as the leading game developer in the world.

Your Responsibilities will Include:

  • Maintain and build upon a culture that attracts the most talented people and offers them a place to grow and flourish.
  • Translate business goals and strategy into people processes that are scalable, pragmatic, and adaptable to business needs.
  • Direct Mighty Bear Games in designing, implementing, and carrying out various programs and processes to support the entire employee lifecycle.
  • Anticipate and proactively recognise employee needs in a way that fosters creativity, diversity, engagement, and collaboration.
  • Diagnose problems and drive appropriate solutions, striking the right balance between speed/flexibility and process/infrastructure.
  • Partners with leadership to develop the team strategy, objectives, and roadmap.
  • Be a compassionate leader with a drive to create a positive work environment focused on development.
  • Be able to work autonomously, exercise excellent judgment, and be a critical member the management team.
  • Willing to learn and grow in the role as the organization grows and adapts to the needs of the global games industry.

 

As a Successful Candidate, You Would Have

  • A genuine interest in games and/or web3 and experience working in relevant creative industries.
  • An inclusive approach with the ability to build and manage relationships, share knowledge, and influence others.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication, including high-quality document preparation and presentation skills.
  • Expertise in facilitation, negotiation, conflict resolution, and mitigation.
  • 3 - 5 years of relevant experience.

As a Bonus, You Would

  • Have experience working at a hyper-scale organisation.
  • Have experience with supporting remote teams.
