We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Studio Associate to join our Singapore Office. As a Studio Associate at Mighty Bear Games, you will play a critical role in managing and supporting the day-to-day operations of our studio. This role involves working closely with our leadership and creative teams to ensure smooth administrative processes and efficient studio management.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to studio leadership and the wider team.
- Managing studio calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Assisting with onboarding and offboarding processes for team members.
- Maintaining internal documentation and updating company records as needed.
- Supporting vendor management, procurement, and invoicing processes.
- Organizing team events, offsites, and other studio activities.
- Serving as the point of contact for general inquiries and operational requests.
- Ensuring the studio operates in an organized, efficient, and enjoyable manner.
As a Successful Candidate, You Would Have:
- 1–3 years of experience in an administrative, operations, or studio support role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency with productivity tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, etc.
- A proactive and resourceful approach, with a willingness to assist wherever needed.
- A passion for games, creative industries, or startup environments is a plus.
As a Bonus, You Would Have:
- Experience in a game studio, tech startup, or creative agency.
- Basic project coordination or HR administrative experience.
