Position Summary: As a Partner Manager, you will be a key driver of new business for our firm. Your role will focus on identifying and developing strategic partnerships to expand our reach, influence, and revenue streams. You will be instrumental in positioning m7 as a leader in experience design and digital transformation within the Fortune 1000 ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategically identify potential business partners and cultivate relationships to drive long-term business opportunities.
- Lead negotiations and close deals with new partners while maintaining beneficial terms for the company.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to align partnership opportunities with company goals and capabilities.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans for each partner, outlining mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones.
- Monitor market trends and analyze partner performance to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Serve as the primary liaison between partners and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and successful collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with all contractual agreements and manage partner expectations to foster satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in partnership development, business development, or strategic sales, preferably within the digital transformation or related industry.
- Proven track record of identifying and growing partnerships that have significantly contributed to company growth.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to negotiate complex deals effectively.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on building trust and maintaining strong relationships.
- Strategic thinker with a solid understanding of market dynamics and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a commitment to achieving objectives.
