We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Front Desk to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in facilitating patient care by coordinating treatment plans, educating patients on procedures and financial options, and ensuring seamless communication between patients and our clinical team. Key Responsibilities:
- Educate patients on their treatment options, insurance benefits, and payment plans.
- Present and explain the doctor’s recommended treatment plan to patients.
- Assist patients in understanding and coordinating their treatment plans.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring efficient patient flow.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
- Collaborate with doctors, dental assistants, and office managers to optimize scheduling and patient experience.
- Track pending and incomplete treatments, following up with patients as needed.
- Process payments and verify insurance benefits.
- Build trusting relationships with patients to encourage treatment acceptance.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a customer service or dental office role preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently.
- Friendly, empathetic, and professional demeanor.
- Proficiency with office software and dental management systems is a plus.
