Mobile Testing Solutions Ltd ( “MTS”) provides examination services to a wide range of global clients across UK and Ireland and also have an online language school specializing mainly in IELTS exam preparation courses.
MTS is currently looking for an IELTS Exams Administrator (Results & Enquiries) at its London headquarters, situated at 65 Westcroft Square, London on a 12-months fixed term contract basis.

Job Details:
- Full-Time (Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm, 35-hour working week 35 hours per week)
- Salary: £22,000 to £26,000 p.a., including London weighting

- Reporting To: Senior ILETS Exams Administrator (Results & Enquiries)
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure all test-takers' results data are accurately represented in all databases, systems, and spreadsheets, using secure transfer protocols
- Update the IWAS system to reflect accurate information about absentees/refunds.
- Manage the jagged result profile process, liaising with 2nd examiners, and possibly 3rd examiners, as required
- Ensure marking and results processes adhere to awarding body requirements
- Release, print, arrange for signing from a more senior team member, and then post all the test and results certificates, including managing the TRF and similar processes to agreed deadlines and with accuracy, and to carry out sample-based checking of certificates
- Support communication with test-takers on any issues regarding withheld results, and keep records for these.
- Process all incoming Enquiries On Results (EORs) requests within agreed timescales
- Process outcomes of the EORs as appropriate, and communicate back to test takers in line with agreed policies
- Process a refund of the EOR fees the EOR outcome leads to a higher band score
- Identify all high band discrepancy EORs and communicate these to the Exams Administrator (Examiners and Group Bookings) for monitoring of the Examiner.
- Occasionally act as an usher or invigilator for London venue exam sessions taking place on weekdays
- Ensure that confidential, internal documents, information, and data are not disclosed to anyone other than their intended recipient/reader
Person Specification:
- Diploma in Business Administration, or equivalent
- A minimum of 1 year’ of experience in a full-time office or administration role
- Experience within the education or examination sector ( desirable)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Customer Centric
- Can Do Attitude
- Excellent organizational and time management skill
- Ability to work effectively under my own initiative and under pressure
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- IT Literate
