Role Mission 🚀
Drive revenue growth by closing high-value enterprise deals, building trusted relationships with Heads of Talent, and scaling adoption of Mokka's AI recruiting platform. The primary objective is to achieve $1 million in ARR within your first year.

- Close 6+ pilot deals with enterprise companies
- Convert 1 pilot to $50K+ ARR client
- Run 4+ weekly ICP discovery/demo calls
- Establish feedback loops with early customers to refine our offering
What We're Looking For 🔍
- Strong network of connections with Heads of Talent at 1,000+ person organizations
- Proven track record selling to Talent Acquisition leaders
- Experience in fast-paced startup environments
- Background in talent acquisition is a plus (you understand the pain points)
- Self-starter mentality with ability to operate with minimal supervision
- Passion for transforming how companies hire through AI
