We require a Flooring Contracts Manager to operate from our Glasgow Office to cover projects across Scotland. Experience and technical ability in flooring are essential preferably with some previous line management experience.
The successful candidate should have hard surface experience, both ceramic and terrazzo tiling is the main criteria that we need to fulfil.
You will be working in conjunction with colleagues from other divisions of our business the Flooring Contracts Manager will have the ability to plan and monitor project delivery within budget and programme to ensure a level of finish which will exceed our customers’ expectations
Good people management and customer-facing skills are needed to bring this job to life, as well as sound scoping and measuring skills. Commercial / Financial awareness is also required.
You should have excellent communications skills opinions both written and verbally. In addition, you should be able to demonstrate a good track record of working with clients to meet their expectations as well as to deliver for the business. Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety Legislation and our Safety Management System will also be crucial.
Hybrid working is available between home and office; the role will also involve a significant amount of time on site as and when the job requires.
