We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Remote Live Chat Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing real-time support, resolving inquiries efficiently, and delivering a positive customer experience through live chat platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat in a professional and courteous manner
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
• Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and technical issues effectively
• Maintain clear and detailed records of customer interactions
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
• Meet performance metrics, including response time and customer satisfaction scores

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
• Strong written communication and typing skills
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with chat or CRM software
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple conversations simultaneously
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
