We’re looking for a motivated and outgoing individual to join our team as ab Entry-Level Business Development Associate. This role is perfect for those who want to kickstart a career in sales, client relations, and business growth while making a positive impact in the community.
No prior experience required! Paid training and mentorship are provided to help you build the skills needed for success in business development, communication, and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients and community members through face-to-face outreach
- Represent nonprofit partners and clearly communicate their mission and programs
- Share information, answer questions, and address concerns professionally
- Encourage voluntary contributions to support nonprofit initiatives
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor at all times
- Attend team meetings, trainings, and coaching sessions
- Accurately document interactions and follow company processes
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable initiating conversations with new people
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Eager to learn and receive guidance
- Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred but not required:
- Experience in sales, customer service, retail, or hospitality
