Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and event attendees, answering questions and providing support
- Assist with event registration, check-in, and attendee logistics to ensure smooth operations
- Support live events by troubleshooting issues and delivering a welcoming, professional experience
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding needs, expectations, and goals
- Collaborate with event and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of events and campaigns
- Communicate event updates and instructions clearly via email, phone, and in-person interactions
- Contribute ideas and feedback to enhance client engagement and attendee experiences
