We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Entry-Level Community Relations Manager to join our growing outreach team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute community outreach programs that align with brand and social impact goals
- Build strong relationships with nonprofits, local organizations, community leaders, and stakeholders
- Coordinate and support local events, sponsorships, and partnership initiatives
- Collaborate with PR, marketing, and sales teams to integrate community strategies into broader business goals
- Serve as a brand ambassador at community meetings, events, and outreach activities
- Track and evaluate the success of outreach programs using data, feedback, and performance metrics
- Prepare and present reports highlighting outreach progress and future opportunities
Qualifications:
- Genuine passion for community engagement, social impact, and relationship-building
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, people-first mindset
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
- Self-starter with a proactive, solution-oriented attitude
- Interest or background in public relations, marketing, nonprofit work, or community development
- Experience in event planning or outreach is a plus—but not required (training provided)
