We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Entry-Level Community Relations Manager to join our growing outreach team. In this role, you will help build meaningful relationships, strengthen community partnerships, and execute impactful community outreach programs that enhance brand awareness and reputation.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute community outreach initiatives aligned with organizational goals and brand strategy
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local nonprofits, community leaders, and key stakeholders
- Organize and support community events, sponsorships, volunteer programs, and partnership campaigns
- Represent the company as a brand ambassador at public events, networking opportunities, and outreach activities
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, public relations (PR), and sales, to align outreach with business objectives
- Track, measure, and analyze community engagement metrics and program performance (KPIs)
- Prepare reports highlighting outreach results, insights, and opportunities for optimization
Qualifications
- Strong interest in community relations, nonprofit partnerships, and social impact initiatives
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities with a collaborative mindset
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused approach
- Educational background or interest in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or Community Development
- Experience in event planning, outreach, or volunteer coordination is a plus (training provided)
