This entry-level position combines face-to-face customer service, community engagement, and nonprofit fundraising, offering hands-on experience, rapid career growth, and a clear path to leadership—often within 11–12 months.

Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service & Fundraising Associate, you will:
- Deliver professional, friendly, and customer-focused service during door-to-door residential outreach
- Educate and inspire community members about nonprofit programs, missions, and goals
- Address questions and concerns respectfully, providing helpful guidance
- Encourage donations to support nonprofit fundraising campaigns
- Build strong relationships and leave a positive impression in the community
- Participate in team meetings, training workshops, and professional development sessions
- Quickly learn and master fundraising, sales, and leadership skills
- Grow into team leader and management roles, mentoring new associates and demonstrating leadership potential
Qualifications
