Key Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and execution of live brand events and experiential campaigns
- Coordinate with clients to understand goals, brand messaging, and event needs
- Assist with event logistics including setup, breakdown, vendor communication, and scheduling
- Provide on-site support such as guest check-in, flow coordination, and real-time troubleshooting
- Prepare event materials: signage, branded giveaways, equipment, and supplies
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, logistics, marketing) and third-party partners
- Gather feedback and assist in post-event analysis and reporting
