As an Event Assistant, you will be a key member of our team, supporting live events from start to finish. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, energetic professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys hands-on event work.
Responsibilities
- Assist in executing events, ensuring all details meet client expectations
- Communicate with clients to understand their goals and vision
- Provide timely updates on event progress and address client questions
- Manage event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and staff support
- Ensure all event materials and resources are prepared and available on event day
- Provide on-site support, including guest registration, activity oversight, and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, design, and production for seamless events
- Work with vendors and external partners to ensure smooth execution
- Gather feedback from clients, attendees, and team members for continuous improvement
- Compile post-event reports and insights to evaluate event success
Requirements
- Experience in event support, hospitality, or marketing is preferred but not required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
