Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute event promotions, campaigns, and communication strategies
- Assist in event operations and business management to ensure seamless project execution
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, donors, and stakeholders to support business growth
- Analyze data from campaigns and events to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Participate in cross-functional projects that enhance team efficiency and client satisfaction
- Take part in leadership development workshops, coaching sessions, and mentorship programs
- Contribute innovative ideas during team meetings to improve performance and effectiveness
- Take ownership of small-scale projects, with opportunities to grow into leadership roles
