Key Responsibilities
- Assist with planning, organizing, and executing in-person events that align with client goals and brand strategies
- Maintain clear, consistent communication with clients to provide updates and gather requirements
- Coordinate event setup and breakdown, manage staff schedules, and support smooth on-site operations
- Provide on-the-ground support during events, including guest registration, activity coordination, and real-time problem-solving
- Work closely with internal marketing, creative, and logistics teams to deliver high-quality event experiences
- Communicate with external vendors to confirm timelines, logistics, and necessary deliverables
- Gather post-event feedback and help evaluate results to identify areas for improvement
