As a Client Service Associate, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients and attendees, ensuring seamless communication, top-tier support, and flawless execution of every detail. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for client and attendee inquiries, delivering prompt, professional, and accurate assistance.
  • Foster strong, ongoing client relationships by understanding their goals and ensuring their expectations are consistently exceeded.
  • Provide on-site support at events, assisting attendees, answering questions, and ensuring a smooth, high-quality experience.
  • Address client and attendee concerns with a solution-oriented mindset, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful planning, coordination, and execution of client-facing initiatives.
  • Maintain proactive communication with clients and stakeholders through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Uphold and represent our company’s commitment to outstanding service, professionalism, and excellence in every interaction.

 

Qualifications

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients, attendees, and internal teams.
  • Proven ability to problem-solve and manage challenges calmly and efficiently.
  • A genuine passion for client service, hospitality, and experience delivery.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with strong time management skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to thrive in fast-moving, high-energy environments.
  • Prior experience in customer service, client-facing roles, or event support is a plus.
