As a Marketing Communications Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting and executing integrated marketing strategies designed to increase event attendance, boost brand visibility, and engage target audiences. You'll collaborate closely with our marketing and events teams to plan in-person experiences, analyze campaign results, and contribute to compelling brand storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and launching multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive event participation and brand engagement.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), offering data-driven insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends and competitor activity to support strategic planning.
- Support event logistics, including vendor coordination, on-site setup, and promotional material distribution.
- Collaborate on the creation of marketing collateral, such as printed materials, signage, and digital content.
- Provide day-to-day administrative and project management support to ensure marketing initiatives stay on schedule.
