We have an immediate opening for an entry-level Customer Service Representative to join our innovative event marketing team. As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the face of our company at events — answering questions, offering support, and ensuring a smooth, professional experience for both clients and attendees. Your role will be essential in building relationships, resolving real-time issues, and delivering exceptional service that reflects the quality of our brand.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all client and attendee inquiries, delivering accurate and prompt information.
  • Build and maintain positive client relationships by understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Assist attendees with registration, check-in, directions, and general event support.
  • Maintain a welcoming and high-energy atmosphere that enhances the event experience.
  • Address customer concerns professionally, resolving issues efficiently during live events.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and communication.
  • Keep all stakeholders informed about event changes, schedules, and updates in real time.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
  • Ability to convey information clearly and professionally across multiple communication channels.
  • Strong interest in customer service, events, and brand experiences.
  • Prior experience in customer service, event coordination, or hospitality preferred (but not required).
  • Quick-thinking, adaptable, and effective in high-energy, high-pressure environments.
  • Empathetic, detail-oriented, and highly organized with a proactive mindset.
