Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for all client and attendee inquiries, delivering accurate and prompt information.
- Build and maintain positive client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and addressing needs effectively.
- Assist attendees with registration, check-in, directions, and general event support.
- Maintain a welcoming and high-energy atmosphere at events to enhance the attendee experience.
- Address customer concerns professionally, resolving issues efficiently during live events.
- Collaborate with internal teams (event coordination, logistics, marketing) to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Keep all stakeholders informed about event changes, schedules, and updates in real time.
What We’re Looking For:
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-first attitude.
