We’re looking for an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative to join our innovative and fast-paced event marketing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to kickstart your career in experiential marketing, whether you’re new to customer service or have experience in event coordination.

 

As a vital member of our industry-leading experiential marketing firm, you will be the face of our brand at live events—providing outstanding customer service, handling real-time problem-solving, and ensuring seamless experiences for both clients and attendees. Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for client and attendee inquiries, delivering prompt and accurate information.
  • Build and nurture positive client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and effectively addressing needs.
  • Support event attendees with registration, check-in, directions, and general event assistance.
  • Foster a welcoming, energetic atmosphere that enhances the overall attendee experience.
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently during live events.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams—including event coordination, logistics, and marketing—to guarantee smooth event operations.
  • Communicate event updates, schedule changes, and important information to all stakeholders in real time.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first approach.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally across multiple channels (in-person, phone, email).
  • Genuine interest in customer service, event coordination, and brand engagement.
  • Prior experience in customer service, event coordination, or hospitality is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Quick thinker who adapts well in high-energy, fast-paced environments.
  • Empathetic, detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive in solving problems.
  • Team player who collaborates effectively to deliver exceptional event experiences.
