Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for client and attendee inquiries, delivering prompt and accurate information.
- Build and nurture positive client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and effectively addressing needs.
- Support event attendees with registration, check-in, directions, and general event assistance.
- Foster a welcoming, energetic atmosphere that enhances the overall attendee experience.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently during live events.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams—including event coordination, logistics, and marketing—to guarantee smooth event operations.
- Communicate event updates, schedule changes, and important information to all stakeholders in real time.
