Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients and attendees at live events
  • Assist with event registration, check-in, directions, and general guest support
  • Create a welcoming, energetic atmosphere that enhances the attendee experience
  • Address and resolve questions or concerns professionally and efficiently
  • Collaborate with event coordination, logistics, and marketing teams for flawless execution
  • Provide real-time updates on event status, schedule changes, and important info to stakeholders
  • Maintain smooth event flow and high customer satisfaction from start to finish

 

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a client-first attitude
  • Genuine interest in customer service, event coordination, or hospitality
  • Ability to stay calm and adapt in fast-paced, high-energy settings
  • Positive, proactive team player with strong problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable engaging face-to-face with attendees and handling real-time event challenges
  • Prior experience is a plus but not required — full training provided
