Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of in-person and virtual events from concept to completion.
- Communicate regularly with clients to understand their event goals, preferences, and vision.

- Provide on-site support, handle guest registrations, and resolve real-time issues during events.
- Organize event materials, equipment, and supplies to ensure smooth operations.
- Collaborate with external vendors and internal teams (marketing, design, production) to deliver high-quality events.
- Collect post-event feedback and compile reports to help improve future event performance.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in event planning or coordination is a plus, but not required – we will train the right candidate.
