What You'll Be Leading:
As the SDR Team Lead at native, you'll be instrumental in shaping our outbound sales strategy and empowering your team to connect national and enterprise brands (think high street favorites, entertainment providers, professional services firms, and more) with our unique student audience. Your primary focus will be to build, mentor, and motivate a team of SDRs to consistently exceed targets and generate high-quality opportunities for our Account Executives.
