What you’ll be working on:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dynamic students to become native Brand Ambassadors working on our client's campaigns.
The first campaign is for the National Health Service, Graduate Management Training Scheme (NHS GMTS) as Student Brand Ambassadors (SBAs) to play a vital role in promoting their Graduate Recruitment Scheme and register sign-ups. As an SBA, you will be at the forefront of engaging with your peers and spreading awareness about the various schemes offered by the NHS GMTS. We will have additional opportunities for other clients available too.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-the-ground promotional activities, including distributing flyers, making lecture shout-outs, organising halls drops, and utilizing creative approaches to raise awareness.
- Leverage your strong social media presence, especially on Instagram and TikTok, to share information about the NHS GMTS graduate recruitment scheme.
- Collaborate with relevant Clubs & Societies to expand the reach of promotional efforts.
- Clearly articulate the benefits and opportunities provided by the NHS GMTS graduate recruitment scheme to potential candidates.
Requirements:
- Current undergraduate students in the first or second year of university in the UK.
- Availability for 5 hours per week during the specified 8-week period (March, April, and September 2024).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and proactive attitude.
