About the role

NEDonBoard is excited to bring a Head of Membership and Product into our team, to engage with key board members and policymakers and NEDonBoard members; facilitate the provision of modern board content, including online and in-person events.

Role details

The Head of Membership and Product role is a full-time role to be performed remotely, with regular (but not frequent) travel to meet with members and clients in London, Manchester and Edinburgh and the senior executive team.

This is an exciting role for a candidate willing to support and influence board members and non-executive directors through board relevant educational content, drive positive change in the boardroom and ensure that decision-making considers profit as well as people and the planet. The eco-system of NEDonBoard is highly attractive with a unique opportunity to interact and connect with influential board professionals.

The Head of Membership and Product reports to the CEO. While the ideal candidate will largely work independently, regular contacts with the COO, most notably, and the operational team are essential to ensure success.
