About the role
NEDonBoard is excited to bring a Head of Membership and Product into our team, to engage with key board members and policymakers and NEDonBoard members; facilitate the provision of modern board content, including online and in-person events.
Role details
The Head of Membership and Product role is a full-time role to be performed remotely, with regular (but not frequent) travel to meet with members and clients in London, Manchester and Edinburgh and the senior executive team.
This is an exciting role for a candidate willing to support and influence board members and non-executive directors through board relevant educational content, drive positive change in the boardroom and ensure that decision-making considers profit as well as people and the planet. The eco-system of NEDonBoard is highly attractive with a unique opportunity to interact and connect with influential board professionals.
The Head of Membership and Product reports to the CEO. While the ideal candidate will largely work independently, regular contacts with the COO, most notably, and the operational team are essential to ensure success.
About NEDonBoard
NEDonBoard is a purpose-driven organisation. We upskill decision-makers that have responsibility over the strategic direction of businesses for long-term sustainable positive change. We do this by promoting modern and contemporary business governance practices for effective board decision-making that balances profit, planet and people.
NEDonBoard is a UK professional membership body and an institute. The Institute maintains the oversight of the knowledge, skills, conduct, practice of non-executive directors and board members. We offer membership (annual subscription to access our community, events, and other benefits) and training courses to professionals aspiring to the boardroom and more experienced board members. We deliver high-quality, modern, contemporary, independent, and actionable board content to our members and clients, both through our membership and training courses and outcomes aligned with (or exceeding) clients’ aspirations, expectations, and objectives and beyond.
