With operations across North America, our Calgary based client is looking to hire a right hand for the Talent Acquisition Manager to work closely with hiring leaders across the organization to align sourcing activities with (future) workforce plans.
As part of the People & Culture Team, you will develop and execute recruitment sourcing and branding strategies to attract, engage and nuture potential talent pipelines with a focus on achieving quality, cost effectiveness and a timely filling of position.
The beauty of this strategic role is that you are given a "clean slate" to develop and lead several initiatives that will help the organization reach it goals.
About you:
As the ideal candidate, you are familiar with high volume corporate recruitment and have at least 2 years of developing and executing recruitment sourcing strategies through the use of social media platforms.
To support this, you are very familiar with utilizing / analyzing data and metrics and are able to clearly communicate with different levels both inside and outside of the organization.
Experience with DE&I initiatives is definitely considered an asset.
