Position Overview:
As an Order Filler, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our products are accurately packed, organized, and prepared for delivery to our valued customers. This position is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Accurate Order Fulfillment: Pick and pack orders with precision, ensuring that each order meets our high standards for quality and accuracy.
• Quality Control: Inspect items for accuracy and quality before they are shipped, reducing errors and maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Efficient Packing: Prepare items for shipping by following packing guidelines and safety measures, ensuring products arrive in perfect condition.
• Stock Organization: Help organize and manage inventory, keeping items in designated locations for easy access and efficient operations.
• Team Collaboration: Work with other warehouse staff to meet daily order targets and support overall warehouse goals.

What We’re Looking For:

• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail, ensuring all items are packed and labeled correctly.
• Reliability: A strong work ethic and punctuality are essential for success in this role.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift and move items, sometimes up to 50 lbs, while standing and moving throughout your shift.
• Basic Technology Skills: Familiarity with inventory systems and ability to use handheld devices for order tracking (training provided).
• Experience Preferred: Prior experience in a warehouse or order fulfillment role is a plus, but we welcome those with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
