What You'll Do:
- Order Accuracy: Select and gather products from inventory based on customer orders, ensuring precision and efficiency.
- Stock Management: Organize and replenish items to maintain a well-stocked and orderly warehouse.
- Quality Checks: Inspect selected products to meet company quality standards before shipment.
- Packaging: Securely pack items for delivery to prevent damage during transit.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to meet daily shipping targets.
- Efficiency Improvement: Contribute ideas to optimize picking and packing processes.
What You Bring to the Role:
- Keen Eye for Detail: Accuracy and efficiency are your strengths.
- Physical Readiness: Able to lift up to 50 lbs and handle a fast-paced environment.

- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or order-picking role is a plus but not mandatory.
