WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
We are looking for a Junior Amazon Account Manager that will assist the current Amazon Account Manager and Marketing Director in their daily tasks. This individual will be heavily trained on a lot of the tasks required of them. Our goal is to have this individual grow into an Amazon Expert as our business grows. As we grow, you do too!
REQUIREMENTS:
· Works well with numbers & Excel / spreadsheets
· Fluent & Proficient in Mandarin & English
· Able to read, write and speak in Mandarin and English
· Advanced email and phone etiquette
· BONUS if you have any experience selling on Amazon
· BONUS if you have any project management or team coordination experiences
JOB DUTIES:
· Working on excel sheets (updating numbers & creating formulas)
· Coordinate and communicate with our employees and suppliers in China to facilitate new product launches & inventory replenishment of existing products.
· Analyzing and sourcing for new products to launch
· Assist the Amazon Account Manager with his tasks
· Make calls to quality leads (must be able to understand and speak English very fluently)
