Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the freight brokerage sector to achieve growth objectives.
Conduct market analysis to pinpoint potential clients and industry trends.
Build and maintain a robust customer pipeline using CRM tools like HubSpot and Revenova.
Onboard new customers efficiently and provide ongoing support.
Engage in cold outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to acquire new clients.
Track and report on outreach activities and results for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with management to develop strategies for expanding our customer base.
Qualifications:
2-3 years of sales experience in freight brokerage or a related industry, with specific experience in the US freight brokerage market preferred.
Proven success in business development, especially in fast-paced environments.
Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot and Revenova.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
